![]() Funny how people complaining about the difficulty of games that aren't even particularly hard always default to that sort of BS whenever someone calls them on it. It's neither "weird" nor "elitism" nor "gamer cred". A boring horde like enemy isnt unbeatable is just.boring. Halo is a game foremost for its gameplay, its narrative is completely secondary. Why do these arguments always revolve around some sort of weird gamer elitism cred lol. I can't imagine being the sort of person who wants to live in a world where you can clear every game you play in a single go with minimal difficulty. In CE particularly the Flood missions being an absolute hell on earth is fitting from a narrative perspective. Originally posted by Imperial Guardsman:Of course you'd rather fight hunters than Flood in CE, you can one-shot them with the magnum if you have half a dozen brain cells to scrape together and know where to shoot. If anything that just makes Halos issues worse and more present? Normal/Hard will always be what i judge it on, not the hardest difficulty. Also really dont get where your going with the cod thing.Īlso I dont really count legendary or whatever as the intended or core experience. Also what bias lol? I am a complete newcomer to the series, the most of my previous experience is a bit of couch multiplayer with mates. Never said I dislike any of them entirely, just dont like the last few missions for those games. I also find you to be a bit bias, there are good things about halo which call of duty used to copy from. So not sure why you like halo 2 but not halo 3 if you like reach due to how they are newer games compared to halo 2. As for halo ce the game came out in 2001 halo 3 came out in 07 reach came out in 2010 halo 2 in 04. So halo 2 has it's bugs such as instant kills. Elites hitting within a few seconds to the point you can either die to them or stay away from their short range attacks. Originally posted by RaviretheReaper:Halo 2 jackals on legendary.
